Cancellation Policy
At WinksByCamille, all appointments require a 50% fee for any no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service. This fee protects my time and ensures fairness to all clients. Your appointment is reserved especially for you, and last-minute changes, no-shows, or cancellations impact my schedule and availability for others.
If booking a squeeze in appointment (weekends) you are expected to arrive on time ! these days do not have grace periods ! If you do not arrive on time your appointment will be cancelled.
